I understand that State Law requires the collection of 7% sales tax on non-food items. Main Street Pascagoula will collect tax fees at the event.

I understand set up will begin at 10am for Art/Craft/Informational Vendors at Pascagoula Beach Park - 600 City Park Drive Pascagoula, MS 39567

I understand that I am REQUIRED to stay the entire duration of the event (12pm-8pm). Vendors will not be allowed to leave until the event is over at 8pm

All components of this application as well as payment, must be submitted in order to be considered to be accepted as a vendor. You will be notified if your application was approved or denied by a Main Street Pascagoula representative. If your application is denied, your application fee will be refunded.

I understand there are no refunds, except those provided by applications denied by Main Street Pascagoula.
