By checking this box, I understand that the St. Patrick’s Night Parade (the “Event”) is a parade and the activities of the parade (pre- and post- Event) are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury, death, and/or property damage. I have read and understand the rules of the Event and agree to comply under penalty of removal from Event activities. In consideration of your accepting this entry and allowing me to participate in the Event, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my representatives, heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and/or claims for injury or damages of property or partipcants connected to the group or float may have against Main Street Pascagoul (MSP), the O’Blarney Society (OBS), its officers, directors, volunteers, agents, successors, and assigns, and any and all sponsors, and their representatives, successors, and assigns, from death or any and all injuries or damages suggered in said Event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to MSP and OBS to use without compensation any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, or any other recordings or other record of the Event containing my image for any purpose whatsoever. I agree that the courts located in Jackson County, Mississippi, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
