I understand that State Law requires the collection of 7% sales tax on non-food items. Main Street Pascagoula will collect tax fees and form at the end of the event. I understand set up will begin at 10 am for arts/crafts/informational vendors at Pascagoula Beach Park located at 600 City Park Drive, Pascagoula, Mississippi. I understand that I am REQUIRED to stay the entire duration of the event (noon until 7 pm). Vendors will not be allowed to leave until the event is over at 7 pm. Completion of this form does NOT mean you are an accepted vendor. All components of this application must be submitted in order to be considered for acceptance as a vendor. You will be notified by a Main Street Pascagoula representative regarding whether your application has been approved or denied. Applications must be submitted by 5pm on August 31, 2025. There will not be any applications accepted after this date. You will be notified by September 4th if you are an accepted vendor, and you will be sent an online invoice. The invoice must be paid by September 6th or you will be removed as a vendor.
